I firmly believe, one should help someone in distress regardless of relation. If one can’t help, one should try to sympathize. If can’t sympathize then the only course of action such moron should take is to shut the F* up.
Here I can see that, a necked person is making fun of someone who is wearing the cloth with little patch work.
Lest they forget that the western countries these mentally challenged individuals are making fun of are the one who have discovered and delivered the life-saving drugs and surgeries, through which their 60+ parents are still alive and their 6 year kids have been survived either deadly or severely debilitating diseases so far. Besides, the lines outside the western hospitals, you are finding so funny would be really something you really haven’t watched in your entire lifetime, right? Ohh! how could you! Because the region you hail from might not even have a hospital and people are still rotting outside somewhere before they die.
First learn to take care of the problems you can tackle and then make fun of others who are suffering from nature. If you don’t know then I can help you list some, e.g. millions dying from hunger, poor hygiene, lack of primary care, lack of basic education, sanitation, violence due to rotten religious beliefs and equally atrocious cast, creed, sects and other nonsense. Visit any of your nearby civil hospital to see how poor patients crawling everywhere and severed limbs are carried around by stray dogs!
The only glorious thing you always keep on banging ad nauseam, is that Vaidic philosophy. But hey, isn’t the essence of that is the knowledge of the truth and compassion?! And of course, you really don’t know that, so I would just say, F* off you bastard hypocrites.
