Lend A Hand

To a fellow human, To you my friend,
I know that you will be the same, that you can’t mend,
But still, to you my friend, I lend my hand,

For all those dear and those in despair,
I knew and I’m aware, that you can’t repair,
But I’ve loved and will love, so here, I lend my hand,

You hated others, for not following your bigot-band,
I know but can’t change, being dogmatic is the new trend,
But I have wished, and still wish for the sense,
so I’m lending my hand,

You asked questions, just like everybody else!
I knew, have known, the answers which can’t be explained,
And I never pretend, so here I truly lend my hand,

You could just grab, not afraid that I might get a stab,
I have always known, the meaning of castles on the sand!
But still, I can’t flinch or bend, and so here I lend my hand,

To a fellow human, to you my friend….
(Whenever you feel like getting up)
Just hold that hand…

Let’s try to forget and forgive fellow human being’s foolishness and lend them a hand to get up and get out of the mess of ignorance. I believe, if you think you are smart and more understanding, then you will definitely try to mend the broken bridges between fellow humans.

There is no shame in apologizing even if you are right, if that unassuming gesture of yours pleases someone and helps them to rethink their behavior towards others. Flexibility, and not the stubbornness is the true quality of an education.  Biggest problem is that one side, often with some sort of degree or better education, thinks they are too smart and always insult and despise others for their way of life. But in fact, it’s them who is making mistake with their snobby attitude. Because if you think that the other person is not capable of thinking much then whom do you think should be of open heart and making concessions.

It’s never about making the difference. It is always about being little different 🙂

Those who say that the change in others is hardly possible, should try to change themselves first 😉

Friend

I’ll  tell  you straight and won’t pretend,
Whether you are made of stone or sand,

Under pressure, if you break or bend,
Don’t even think that I’ll lend a hand,

Just telling the truth, not really mean to offend,
Certain   character  flaws,   no   one   can   mend,

Unfortunately even if I want, can’t help you to ascend,
When  things  are beyond your ability to comprehend,

When   you  are  ready  to  swim  against  the  trend,
Then  I’ll  be there  and  consider me as your friend.

Sometimes even if you like to help an individual, you find yourself pretty helpless.  Many things in life are about ‘self-realization’ and it just happens that one becomes aware.  Teaching, motivation, prep-talk and other BS is just for outer fake pompousness.  Such things may help live the hapless in parallel ‘fake reality’ ( what an oxymoron ! ) but internally one is really hollow.  If a person shows the true grit and strength of character then only I would like to guide him/her to the right path ( and that is also only after earnest request 😉 ).
