Lota Na Abhiprayo

જેમ વૃક્ષ ના શોધે કદી બીજા વૃક્ષનો છાંયો,
સશક્ત ને ઉપર ઉઠવું ચઢાવી પોતાની જ બાંયો,
હૃષી કહે વિઘ્ન સૌ ટળે ને ટળે બધા અંતરાયો,
દરિયાને ના અટકવું લેવા કદી લોટાના અભિપ્રાયો.

Usually it is the case that, intelligence creates many doubts while, fools are deaf and do not allow any other thought to permeate their thick skull.  There are many out there with tons of opinions on each and everything. But a sane and determined person should only listen to his inner voice and nothing else.  One who is willing to own the success and failure with equal aplomb and indifferent towards praise and censure is the one who has known the ultimate truth.

Portrait Of A Modern Man

આધુનિકયુવાનનુંચિત્ર

આધુનિક યુવાનનું ચિત્ર આલેખો, પૂછ્યો અધ્યાપકે પ્રશ્ન,
એક વિદ્યાર્થીનો ઉત્તર વાંચી શિક્ષક મૂંઝાયા, જાણીને સત્ય નગ્ન,

પ્રથમ જ એણે શરૂઆત કરી, યુવાનને વૈચારિકતાથી અપંગ ચીતરી,
થઇ ના શકે એ શશક્ત કદી, નપુંસક જેની માનસિકતા ભીતરી,

સમજણ ની સીડી એ પુરી ના ચઢે, ચાર શબ્દમાં લીટી એની લોટે વળે,
ટ્વિટરના ટાંપે મગજને હાંફ ચઢે, પુરા ફકરાની વાત ના ઉતરે એના ગળે,

શીદને આવી આ સમસ્યા? ભ્રષ્ટ પિતાના સંસ્કાર પુત્રમાં સીંચ્યાં,
બોલે, એ તો મારા ભાઈ સમજ્યા, ભણેલાએ કાયા સમંદર ઉલેચ્યા?

વાંક નથી એનો ફક્ત પોતાનો, જયારે સમાજ જ હોય ઠગોનો દીવાનો,
સીધી લીટીમાં એ નહીંજ જવાનો, રસ્તો ટૂંકો તૈયાર હોય જો સફળતાનો,

સંસ્કૃતિ ને સમાજ ની મોટી વાતો, ઊંચો હોદ્દો ને નીચ લાયકાતો,
ભાંડે ગાળો ને મારે લાતો, સાચી વાતમાં એ બહુ ગિન્નાતો,

અરીસો શરમાય એવું શિથિલ અસ્તિત્વ, ને તુમાખી ભર્યું તંગ દિમાગ,
ક્યાંથી જડે વિવેકાનંદનું વ્યક્તિત્વ, જ્યાં ખાલી હોય મગજના બેય ભાગ,

રાચતા યુવાન સાવજની ખાલમાં, બધા બુઢ્ઢી બકરીના આત્મા,
એ જાણીને બેઉ હસે સાનમાં, એક ‘હૃષી’, ને બીજા પરમાત્મા.

Swami Vivekanand – A tremendous volcano of enlightening thoughts, who lived the life which is unequivocally inspiring in many dimensions.  Getting just the tiny fraction of his brilliance can transform any individual to sheer transcendence. 

Today, on the occasion of Swami Vivekanand Jyanti, so many ignorant, impotent and ignominiously wretched souls, especially fake so called ‘Sadhu and Swami jamat’ and pathetic politicians, will be singing endless eulogies of him and that is going to make me laugh.  Because understanding even a single word of his preaching should make them stop doing what they are really doing right now! But I am pretty confident on their foolishness that nothing will change and thus it is proven that they are exactly the same gangrene of the society which Swami Vivekanad loathed and warned about 😉

Aakha Jagat Ne Janavavu Chee

કોઈને તમારે હંમેશા જાણેકે કંઈક કરી બતાવવું છે,
 જે કાંઈ પણ હોય, બસ આખા જગતને જણાવવું છે,

સમજ્યા વિના બસ કર્યા કરવી ફરિયાદો તમારે,
આ તો તેવું છે ને આ તો વળી આવું છે,

કોઈ સાંભળે કે ના સાંભળે એની ફિકર ના કરી,
તમારે તો બસ તમારું જ ગાણું ગવડાવવું છે,

ભલે લાગે આ અસંખ્ય પણ અંતે તો એ એક જ છે,
ગણિત જે લોક નહિ જ ગણે, ને તમારે ગણાવવું છે,

દાઢ વગર પણ હજી એને તો બસ ચાવવુંજ છે,
ભૂખ્યા લોકને નહીં જ ભાવે, જે તમારે પિરસાવવું છે,

પ્રત્યક્ષ સત્ય નથી જાણતા એને વળી શું બતાવવું છે,
આ ભાન ભૂલ્યા લોકને, હજી તમારે શું ભણાવવું છે,

સાચો હશે માર્ગ ભલે, પણ સાથે ઢસડો ના કોઈને,
‘હૃષી’, પહેલાં  પૂછો  તો ખરા કે કોને સાથે આવવું છે.

Upanishads state that the one who thinks that I know, really doesn’t know.  How often we fall for being egoistic about knowing something and try to drag others too without giving any thought about how the others feel, think or even if they are ready and capable to understand.  Even well intentioned advices should not be forced upon. Whenever time is right and a person becomes capable enough to understand what is right and what is wrong, he will start feeling and following the light automatically. 

Even Krishna says,’.. yathechhsi tatha kuru’ (translation – …Do whatever you feel is right) at the end after explaining everything to Arjun.

Thagara Guruji Kare Thokam Thok

વિધાતા કરે એ જ સત્ય વચન, બાકી બધું ફોક,
મોટા મંચ પર ઠગારા ગુરૂજીઓ કરે ઠોકમ ઠોક,

બધા સંપ્રદાય ને વાડા, મૂર્ખ સાધુ સંતોના અખાડા,
કૂપમંડૂક બધા કુવામાં ને પાછળ પડે અંધ લોક,

કુકર્મો આચરી ઘણા ગુરૂજીઓ થયા છે અલોપ,
ઘેલા ભક્તજન આપ્યા કરે એને લીલાનો ઓપ,

ગમાર ગાદીપતિ કર્યા કરે લુંટાતી સંસ્કૃતિનો શોક,
કોણ કહે કે ખુદ સજ્જન બની તારા ગાંડપણને રોક,

મંદિરો બાંધવા હંમેશા મુકતો રહે માગણીઓની પોક,
અલ્યા આખા બ્રહ્માંડના ધણીને તું દાન દઈશ ચોક?

ચૈતન્યને ચિત્ત ધરે, ‘હૃષી’ કહે ખરો જ્ઞાની ચેલા ના કરે,
પરમાત્માને પામ્યા પછી શા કામના લક્ષ્મી ને લોક?!,

પૂર્વજન્મના  પાપે   ભલે   એમનો  કુમતિ  તરફ  ઝોક,
‘હૃષી’,  આપ  ના  કરો  આ  અબુધો  ને  કશી   રોકટોક.

In order to reach to the right destination, one needs to continue the journey in the right direction, right? Unfortunately most of the people know the destination but still keep walking in the wrong direction, sometimes knowingly and sometimes unaware.  I guess, any sane person will know that the God is neither residing in any Temple ( or any place of worshiping based on person’s faith or ‘psychological disease ‘ the way I call it ) nor reachable by any rubbish rituals.  But still people keep doing what they are doing like zombies and stubbornly refuse to let the light come in.  No wonder that there exists a class of conman who is constantly fleecing such flaccid fools because of their inherent fear and greed. Well, who am I to wake up such dummies when they like to remain dead. I’m just sitting with Almighty sipping coffee and enjoying the circus.

Manas Jaat Ni Aa Tev

માણસ જાતની આ ટેવ એને સદા કનડવાની,
જીદ અશક્યને પામવાની અને મળેલું વેડફવાની,

સરળ છે ભાગ પાડી મિથ્થા ભ્રમણાઓ સેવવાની,
પણ અઘરી છે આ આખાની સમજણ કેળવવાની,

આવડત શું કામની આડંબરથી ટોળા ભેગા કરવાની,
જો ના આવડે કળા નિજાનંદમાં મસ્ત રહેવાની,

કોણ રાખે વ્યર્થ ઘેલછા અમરત્વને પામવાની,
જાણ્યા પછી કે કોઈ નથી દવા દુઃખોને ડામવાની,

ક્યાં જરૂર છે દેવાલયોમાં નાહક દોડવાની,
કેળવો જો સમજણ, ખુદને ટટોળવાની,

ખોટો છે ગર્વ કે આપની ખોટ અચૂક સાલવાની,
આપની ગેરહાજરીમાં પણ, આ દુનિયા આમજ ચાલવાની,

ભૂલ તો કરી છે ‘હૃષી’ , જરૂર નહોતી ત્યાં બોલવાની,
શું જરૂર હતી આ મુર્ખાઓના મનની શાંન્તિ ને ડહોળવાની!

So simple, yet it’s so difficult to be and remain ‘aware’ all the time. Also it is common desire/mistake ( whatever you name it ) by those who have tasted the sublime bliss to preach or tell ‘others’ how to achieve the constant state of happiness.  But as we have seen that from Krishna to Christ, all have failed in making those understand, who literally refuse to understand. 

Well, the way I see it is that, one should never try to perturbed the perennial poisonous state of mind of such people. Until one becomes aware about himself and seeks the knowledge himself, all efforts of preaching and changing such person goes in vein. Keep this in mind that, the advice given to the fool is only to infuriate him and will not change him, like even if you give only milk to the snake, it only increases its venom! ( Sanskrit Ratnakanika – Updesho hi murkhanam, prakopaya na shantaye, Dugadham pibanti bhujanganam, kevalam vish wardhanam )
